Dear Friends,
We have a lot of pictures to show for March, so we are posting two updates for March.
We have been having a lot of help from the Prairie Bible College students. They were paying their own travel expenses, and now someone stepped up and is paying for their travel which will allow them to come more often. This was a special answer to prayer. In March we had a lot of help from the Korean Churches in Calgary. We have a number of older teens that are staying in the youth group instead of dropping out as they get older, which is also a special answer to prayer. We will soon need a young adult group to meet the needs of these young people as they are growing up fast.
The pictures below show some of what was happening here at the mission.
Our anniversary cake commemorating March 2nd, 1974!

We had a special family from Three Hills to lead our youth group. Rick and Jeaneth Maxwell brought their family and spent two days here.

Jeaneth has a wonderful testimony and was very effective speaking to the teens. Her husband Rick is the director of ACTION Canada, a missions organization.

Rick was born in Columbia while his parents were missionaries there, and Jeaneth is a Native of Ecuador.

In the picture below we are planning a youth outing with Erick (in the black hat) who is from Caroline, AB. Jadyn (red hat) is part of our youth group and is from the Blackfoot Reserve near Calgary. The others are Karen and the Maxwell family.

We had more snow in March than almost all the rest of the winter.

In the youth group below Bridget is teaching the lesson. Bridget is from China and a student at Prairie Bible College. She also is the organizer of the teams coming from Prairie.

We took the youth ice fishing out in the mountains. These are the fish Karen & I got.

This shows the lake we fished. The ice is thick enough for us to drive on with our vehicles.

The link below shows the 2nd half of March news.
